Background
From a real estate family and started selling in 1978 at the age of eighteen. Born and raised in Houston,
James attributes his success to the knowledge he acquires in the market place. James has worked from
several fine companies in the past, such as Greentree Realty and Keller Williams Houston Metropolitan Realty.
James owned Dirks Property Management in Houston. Currently selling real estate in both Houston and
Beeville, Texas. Currently James Dirks is a registered property tax arbitrator with the state of Texas
Comptroller. Loss Mitigation Consultant for Titanium Solutions and Major Lending Institutions.
James Dirks has a double major in Business Management and Finance from St Edwards University in Austin.
He has a Theater Arts and Vocal Major from the High School for the Performing and Visual Arts in Houston.
Performed in many major productions at Theater Under The Stars and the Alley Theater.
